Apopka is a city located in Orange County, Florida. It is known as the "Indoor Foliage Capital of the World" due to its large nursery industry. Wyld Oaks COMING SOON

 

A $1.2 billion development named Wyld Oaks is underway in northwest Orange County, set to include multi-family housing, retail, dining, entertainment, and hotels. The area, once known for agriculture, is now rapidly growing due to new infrastructure. The project will feature retail space, restaurants, hotels, multi-family residences, an entertainment venue, and a park. With Apopka’s population expected to grow by 6.1% in the next five years, the development aims to meet the increasing demand for amenities. Full completion of Wyld Oaks may take up to 15 years.
