About Teresa Valdes

Teresa is the managing Broker for Valstar Realty. Originally from Long Island, NY, she settled in the beautiful city of Tampa, FL in the early 80s where she completed her studies and eventually met her best friend and husband of 25 years Pete. Today, Teresa and her family love living in Winter Garden, FL. Feels like just yesterday, over 10 years ago they first walked down the Oak Tree canopy covered streets and experienced the popular and charming Downtown Winter Garden. 

 

Teresa's passion for real estate started about 15 years ago when she first began to help to personally her family and friends find their home. Her vast experience includes resort sales, home designer, and new construction sales with some of the largest builders in the country. Teresa excelled throughout her career and is the recipient of several sales' performance awards from the Home Builders Association.

 

Teresa and her family love giving back to the community and helping families in need. Today they help and sponsor St Jude's, Habitat for Humanity, Second Food Harvest Bank. Whether it's for families relocating across the country, investor, young couple buying their first home, Teresa's approach is simple and the company mantra... "Your Home, Your Experience". The priority is always centered around finding the best property and protecting the interest of her clients, while providing first class experiences and gaining ravings fans for life. 

 

In her free time Teresa and her family love going to the beach, catching a baseball game, and exploring new areas and restaurants. The household norm is catching up during dinner every night the family and enjoying a homemade popcorn movie night. Teresa's love and appreciation for family is what fuels her, she believes that every client she helps represents a chance for a new start, new memories, love, forgiveness, togetherness, and a piece of the Amercian Dream. She's a proud American patriot with love for God, Country and Family, serving all military families, first responders and those who are looking to make Central Florida their home.
