Every transaction, whether it is a first-time home buyer, relocation, orinvestment, is all important and valued as buying or selling a home is one of life’s greatest achievements. My communication and negotiation skills is the key to success with each transaction. I am also a full-time Mortgage Financial Processor for 25 years, so I am very knowledgeable with the Lending aspect, knowing exactly what is needed on the financial end so all documents required by the Lender are presented upfront, with as little stress to my buyers and sellers. I pride myself on having a strong work ethic, attention to detail and a positive attitude. My goal is to make each client feel comfortable and at ease with the process of buying and selling a home and providing clear communication and updates along the way.
